Return to IO is a strange, paranormal romance that tells the tale of a man born with brown eyes.

Unaware of his talents and strange powers he has gone through a life in constant self-torment. Haunted by dreams from his past deeds, he seeks the help of a young psychiatrist who has just opened his practice.

He tells the doctor of events that he is certain that he has brought about. Events that destroyed lives and brought about death...the death of his own baby. And a curse that he brought on himself.

The tale is told to a young reporter who is interviewing the psychiatrist on his magnificent career. She is then left with unanswered questions and takes it upon herself to look further into the story of the brown eyed babies.
